Georgia courts are closed except for emergency proceedings. For more information regarding the Georgia Supreme Court’s Emergency Judicial Order, see my blog.
Most depositions and court proceedings will be rescheduled after the shutdown is lifted. For mediations scheduled in late April or May, they will either proceed in person or via videoconferencing.
